New body weight circuit for you this month! We have also included a new warm-up to show you how simple it is to fit that part into your workout. No need to skip a warm-up when it can be done so quickly and can greatly influence your workout.
This first month will be a body weight circuit workout. You do not need any equipment and you only need enough space to lay down on the floor.
The first video takes you through your warm-up and explains the exercises with variations and takes you through one round of the workout.
Video two is your stretches. This month we are using a towel as a prop to help your stretches.
Do this workout a maximum of 4 days per week this month (you can work your way up). Please remember to never do the workout on days back to back. You want a rest day between.
You may do it Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Sunday. Then the next week Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. Listen to your body and see how you feel. If you are sore and tired then maybe just do the stretches that day and give yourself a break.
