Mindset is often the missing link when it comes to reaching our goals and having long term, lasting success.  Take a few moments to watch this video to learn how we can start getting our mind in the right place and feeling more centered!

Exercise has saved my life.  I have maintained my weight and strength even through carrying and birthing my first child.  Even with Perthes, I am able to walk, sit, sleep, jump, and perform all those “every day” activities. By staying active, I am calm, confident, strong and mobile.  I hope to help you feel the same way. Briar is also a co-author of the best selling book “The Wellness Code” which was released April 2012.
