Q. What is the duration of each Camp session?
A. Designed for on-the-go people like you, Fly Girl Fitness offers express 30 min or 45-minute workouts. Each Boot Camp session operates on a 4-week rotation.
Q. What if I miss a class?
A. You are able to attend any other camp time slot to make up for missed classes. Please e-mail or call Briar first so that she can inform the instructor that you will be attending. We also have BONUS sessions a number of times per year to make up for missed camps or if you simply want to squeeze in an extra workout.
Q. How soon will I see results?
A. Your achievements are a direct result of your energy levels, work load and commitment. If you push yourself just beyond what you think you can do, you will achieve great things! Everyone’s body is different and works differently, make sure you are filling in your food journals, and take full advantage of BONUS workouts to be the best you can be!
Q. Can I try out Boot Camp before I commit?
A. Yes, we offer a FREE TRIAL WEEK for brand new members who would like to come out and see what our bootcamp is all about.
After your FREE TRIAL if you are still unsure about signing up, we have a one time offer of the reduced rate of $75 for your first month. This way, you can try out our classes for a full month before fully committing to our program.

Q. Are Fly Girl Fitness instructors certified and insured?
A. Yes. Our instructors have been certified through Can-Fit-Pro and are CPR-certified (some have additional certifications). All our instructors also participate in continuing education and workshops on an on-going basis.
For over 10 years, Briar Munro, owner of Fly Girl Fitness, has been training one-on-one and in group sessions. Briar personally trains the trainers and ensures they share her values of positive attitude and methods and increasing the self-esteem, health and energy of each and every client.
Q. What do I need to bring?
A. We recommend:
