Nope! Our staff are considered the “Fly Girls” that created our programs but our clients are both Fly Girls and Guys! We work with anyone who is willing to make holistic changes in their lives!
Are men welcomed in all classes?
Yes, we have men in all of our programs including Group Training, Pilates, Yoga, Personal Training, etc

how are long are the classes?
Designed for on-the-go people like you, Fly Girl Fitness offers express 45-minute workouts (yoga classes are 1 hour each)
what are your fees?
Brand new clients: Option of either a 2 week free pass OR 1 month Jump Start of $79 + HST for unlimited classes for the month! Drop In Classes: $18 per class We have a number of unlimited class package options which decrease in price the longer you commit.
All classes are purchased online by credit card. Taxes are added upon sale.
what if i miss a class?
Our unlimited class packages are our most popular as you do not have to commit to specific time slots. Therefore, if you have pre-registered yourself into a class which you now realize you cannot attend, you will need to log into the system and remove yourself from class to open the spot up for someone else.
how soon will i see results?
Your achievements are a direct result of your energy levels, work load and commitment. If you push yourself just beyond what you think you can do, you will achieve great things! Everyone’s body is different and works differently, make sure you are on track with your nutrition, get plenty of rest and manage your stress loads to be the best you can be!
We encourage our members to have balanced program design. This means choosing different styles of classes from our schedule including proper recovery classes and giving yourself ample rest days between workouts. are fly girl fitness instructors certified and insured?
Yes, our instructors have each been certified through recognized Canadian companies such as Can-Fit-Pro, Stott Pilates, Nicole Pillar Pilates and are CPR-certified (some have additional certifications on top of these). All our instructors also participate in continuing education and workshops on an on-going basis. For over 15 years, Briar Munro, owner of Fly Girl Fitness, has been training one-on-one and in group sessions. Briar personally trains her staff when they come on board and ensures they share her values of positive attitude and methods and increasing the self-esteem, health and energy of each and every client. Briar also programs all of the Group Training sessions which are being taught.
