We offer a variety of in studio programs at our Danforth East studio in Toronto. Our Group Training classes follow the high intensity interval training (HIIT) method and are available in morning and evening sessions. We also have a wide variety of Mindful Movement classes, including Pilates, Yoga, Essentrics, throughout the week. If our group classes do not fit your schedule you can also join us for Private Sessions in our studio. Pricing for our programs range from $18-$189, depending on your package.
Our studio at Danforth and Woodbine offers a comfortable and bright space. Our group room is fully equipped with everything you need for our programs, with large windows that allow sunlight to fill the space. But, don't worry, being on the second floor means you won't have prying eyes from the street. We also have ample waiting areas, a change room, bathrooms and a private area for one on one training.
