Fly Girl Policies
Sessions: 24 hour notice is required for cancellations of all sessions and classes. Missed sessions without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended. After 3 missed classes without appropriate notice you will be charged a Drop In rate on top of the regular unlimited class package as you have taken a spot away from another member.
Medical Cancellations: Cancellation is permitted where a member is not able to participate for medical reasons. If our staff cannot help with your medical issue (even with referrals out as needed) then a refund will be processed with a $30 cancellation fee (due to credit card fees and admin time).
Fly Girl Fitness is a scent free environment. A number of our clients have allergies and asthma and therefore no scents are to be worn at our location. Thank-you for your understanding.
